Why it’s better to exercise in the evening
It’s better to exercise when you have no apparent obstacles. Such as time constraints, weather, your mood or the day of the week. Since otherwise, you’ll keep finding excuses to avoid training. Moreover, it’s better to exercise even if you have no schedule, rather than not exercise at all.
Of course, depending on whether you decide to exercise in the morning or late in the evening, you can enjoy some different benefits. As well as face some different difficulties:
Why you’ll love evening exercise
If you aren’t a morning person, you’ll be happy to know that there are benefits to exercising in the evening. “Chronobiology International” published a study where it deals with and analyzes the role of the body’s internal clock in athletic performance.
And the conclusion is: body and environmental temperature increase in the late afternoon, therefore enzyme activity and muscle function are also increased. In short, you can continue exercising between 14:00 and 18:00 and not have to wake up early in the morning.
You relax and get rid of stress
Another reason to favor evening exercise is the extra energy you’ll have. Exercising in the evening allows your body to unwind after a hard day at work and release any stress built up during the day.
In addition, our body temperature rises in the afternoon and evening, so we are less prone to injury compared to the morning.
In the morning our body needs a good warm up so that the muscles and joints can adapt to physical exercise, which isn’t necessary in the evening.

I am optimistic and calm. Usually happy and smiling. I like the action, the game and the adventure. I'm very spontaneous, impulsive. I have problem with the... clock. I easily trust others to a degree of naivety. I'm not learning from my mistakes…
I believe in the Human and in the power of his soul and spirit. I love the Greek culture that gave birth to universal human values, such as Freedom and Dignity.
I love all the arts. They give us color in our life and emotion. They make us better and refine us. I distinguish Music, Dance and Cinema.
I had the opportunity to travel a lot, almost all over Europe (and not only), and I realized that nothing compares to the personal experience and memories you create in a new place you visit.
When I'm in nature, I feel closer to ... God. When I'm near the Sea... I travel to beautiful places far away.
