Make your routine more beneficial and healthy

You don’t need equipment or expenses to make your routine more beneficial and healthy. By showing love and respect to your body, you will soon feel the life getting better.

Actions that encourage physical and mental balance are:

Stay hydrated

A large volume of your body is made up of water. It is, after all, the element that prevails and dominates the surface of the planet Earth. The Mayo Clinic recommends consumption of 2.7 liters a day for women and 3.7 liters for men. Leonardo Da Vinci had stated that, “Water is the force that moves everything in nature”. It’s important to include products that have a high fluid content in your diet. These include, of course, are fruits and vegetables.

Move

In times of pandemic and during self-isolation and confinement, one of the most beneficial daily habits is exercise. You may not have the option to go to the gym. However you can ally with nature or use simple equipment to explore alternative methods of exercise. Albert Einstein had pointed out that, “Nothing happens until something moves”. In addition to the exercise itself, you can apply simple habits such as talking on the phone standing and moving, instead of sitting down.

Improve your posture

Distinguished businessman Tony Robbins suggests to, “Change your body in order to change your mental state”. The way you sit in a chair says a lot but also changes a lot. You may not have a problem in the short term, but in the long run you may weaken your waist and neck. The same, of course, applies in case of the constant preoccupation with the mobile phone which burdens the neck.
