According to Dr. Irwin Goldstein, Director of Sexual Medicine at Alvarado Hospital, if you read the latest research, “you can’t end up doing else other than having to have sex”. It burns calories
Sex increases blood flow. Sex is a form of exercise and it’s more fun than running around your home. According to an article in The New England Journal of Medicine, a man at the age of 35 could consume 21 kcal during sex.

Many studies have shown that an active sex life is closely linked to more years of life. In particular, it appears to reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes and other heart disease.
