What can we do early in the morning?
Every day finds us loaded with various work and obligations that must be done until it’s over. But what can we do early in the morning, when we have just woken up to spend our day as calmly as possible?
Daily habits
- Brushing your teeth in the morning is essential. Bacteria grow while you’re sleeping and this can sometimes reflect on your breath. Morning brushing of teeth will refresh your breath and make your smile shine brighter.
- Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. The beneficial properties of water activate your body and generally put things into action. Add a little lemon juice or cider vinegar if you want to get even better results.
- Open the windows of the house to let the sun in. Whether you sleep with the shutters half open or in complete darkness, as soon as you wake up you should immediately go to the window, open it and let in light and air. Both will help the body to better understand that it’s time to start moving.
- Morning walk is a must… Walking or exercising in the morning either at home or in the gym will fill you up with energy. And you’ll feel better for the rest of the day.
- Breakfast is a very important meal – it can either make or break your day. Research has shown that when you start your morning with a tasty and healthy meal, you continue to make better food choices throughout the day. Fruit, eggs and oats are a must!
- Lastly, don’t leave the house unless you’re satisfied with your appearance. As time consuming as it may sound, extra ten minutes won’t really affect anything. Clothes, shoes, hair, make it whatever you want. The result will lift your mood and raise your spirits and self-confidence.
